• Developed the simulated clinical experience in an
  inpatient setting
• We wanted the student recognize and react to the
  changes that occur with an unexpected withdrawal

• Potential for severe reaction if the symptoms are
  not addressed early
• Patient transferred to ICU in the final state

• Simulated the METI PNCI format for simulated
  clinical experience
• Plan on developing a simulated clinical
  experience for anxiety/panic disorder
• By developing this scenario, we obtained a better
  understanding of writing scenarios and of the
  PNCI curriculum
