  communities, developing plans to survive and
  ministering before and following a disaster.

• Help others and provide leadership.
• Inspect your surroundings.
• Seek information (Radio, TV, government
  officials).
• Provide information to government
  officials.
• Secure your shelter or evacuate the area.
