inactive people than for moderately active
people. Regular physical activity throughout
life reduces the incidence and fatality rate of
cardiovascular disease by up to 50 For
sedentary patients it may never be too late to
become physically active.

activity status from sedentary to moderately

Physical activity is a wonder drug, but does

cardiomyopathy symptoms such as chest
