What is fitness?
  • Good health or physical condition, especially as
    the result of exercise and proper nutrition.

What is wellness?
  • Physical fitness is not the only risk factor for
    chronic illness.
  • Wellness is more than the absence of disease. It
    can be separated into seven personal dimensions.
