We will revisit Strategic Traffic Records Plan
and provide updates. We will reexamine bench
marks for showing progress.

Milestone Before March 1, 2008 Full
implementation of e-crash from the vehicle. In
10 counties that would account for 80 of all
crashes in West Virginia.
