With him went the Knights, one such Knight was
Cei son of Cynyr Cainfarfog. Cei was a champion
amongst Knights and had carried out many great
deeds. He was aided in his exploits by the
ability to hold his breath under water for nine
days and nine nights and it is said that he could
last for nine nights without any sleep.
He had the ability to make himself as tall as the
tallest tree in the forest yet he could carry any
burden, whatever its size, and it would not be
seen. Anything he carried and the ground around
him would remain dry, even in the most violent
