Washington D.C our Nations capitol. There are
many branches of the Smithsonian. Some of the
exhibits are African Art Museum , National Zoo
and the Portrait Gallery.

U.S Marine Corps War Memorial, Iwo Jima is a
place where people can go to thank our heros that
fought in World War II. The 32-foot-high figures
are shown erecting a 60-foot bronze flagpole from
which a cloth flag flies 24 hours a day in
accordance with a Presidential proclamation of
June 12, 1961.
