- The primary role of the Center is to serve as a
testbed where partnerships with public private
and government enterprises can examine the impact
of the application of new and emerging
technologies on work processes and organizational
structure. - Our secondary mission is to serve as an IT and
ECommerce incubator program for businesses

6Funding Profile
- The Center is a 501c3 corporation. All
donations are tax deductible to the full extent
allowed by law. - The Center actively seeks partnerships with
industry and government entities interested in
the application of Information Technology to
their respective sectors. - The Center is pursuing grants and donations from
organizations willing to support its mission.
These funds are used to support research in the
application of emerging information technologies
to the community at large. - The University of Dallas currently provides
salary benefits office space equipment and
secretarial and graduate assistant support to the
Center.
7Center Partners
- Make a 5year commitment to the Center for
25000 per year. - Receive copies of all nonproprietary research
generated by the Center - Can request the Centers participation in one
major project per year at no additional cost.
Additional projects are billed to the client as a
flat fee negotiated at time of agreement. - May participate in the ExecutiveinResidence
Program - Receive one position on the CAIT Advisory Board
for the duration of their time as a Center
Partner. - Receive recognition on all Center media and at
all Centersponsored events. - Receive first opportunity for interns
8Corporate Sponsors
- Make a 5year commitment to the Center for 5000
per year. - May purchase nonproprietary research at a
discounted price. - After Center Partners priority is given to
Corporate Sponsor requests for projects first
capstone project each year is free. Others are
billed to the client as a flat fee negotiated at
time of agreement. - Receive recognition at all Centersponsored
events. - Receive interns once all Center Partner requests
have been met.
9Individual Projects
- Individual Projects are taken by the Center on a
firstcomefirstserved basis as time and
resources permit. - Center participation/fees are negotiated at time
of project. - Capstone projects are currently 1000 per
project. - Opportunities for internships also exist.
