  • To persuade my audience (you) to use Laughter
    Yoga to strengthen the immune system, decrease
    stress and exercise ones body and lungs.

  • I would like all of you to sit up in your
    chairs, close your eyes, take a deep breath
    and..Laugh as hard as you possibly can!!

  • How many of you have ever taken a yoga class or
    tried doing yoga at home? This type
    of yoga is a little different because your main
    exercise is laughing!
  • Now how many of you would rather laugh your way
    to a healthier life with laughing yoga, or roll
    around on the ground screaming for someone to
    untangle your feet from behind your head from
    regular yoga? Now in my opinion the
    answer is easythe less physical, the better!
    BRING ON THE LAUGHter YOGA!

    physical and mental health, just not very fun
    ways of doing it If you use Laughter Yoga you
    will improve your health in several ways and
    youll have fun doing it!This goal can be
    accomplished if we look at three main benefits to
    using the Laughing Yoga process
  • First, lets look at how Laughter Yoga improves
    the immune system.
  • Second, how using Laughter Yoga decreases ones
    stress level and exercises the body and lungs.
  • And third, where you can go to try Laughter Yoga
    and how it actually works.
