• To transform the clinical and translational
  research enterprise at Yale by markedly enhancing
  and integrating the resources that support the
  development and implementation of the highest
  quality clinical and translational research
  studies.
• 2. To create a true One Stop Shopping for all
  resources needed for the design, implementation
  oversight of CT studies

• Grant Year One
• Hiring and training staff members
• Integrating/Merging the administration of former
  GCRC into new center

  same old GCRC)
• Integrating GCRC, K12, and T32 into new structure

• Restructuring component of old GCRC model to
  support a broader audience
