Choir
Trinitys choir meets every Wednesday night for
and hour and a half after the dinner to rehearse.
The choir takes a break in the summers, but comes
back strong every autumn. There are three main
concerts through the year usually performed on
Sunday night the Christmas concert, the Easter
concert and the Fourth of July concert, all with
full orchestras.

Worship Team
Trinitys Worship team consists of 4-8 volunteers
who help lead the congregation during musical
worship (i.e. hymns, choruses, etc). The team
continues year long and includes piano, drum,
keyboard, and organ accompaniment.

Special Music
Special Music is a chance for anyone who would
like to share their musical talents outside of
choir and the worship team during the service.
These talents are shared usually during the
Welcome to worship, the offering, or communion
and range from solos to group efforts.
This is a part of the service that brings out
much of Trinitys uniqueness and passion for God.
It wouldnt be the same without it.

Talent Show
The annual talent show at Trinity is a beautiful
highlight of skill, talent, and humor. The
events range from skits to bad jokes to
spontaneous melodramas to singing qaurtets.

Wednesday Night Meal
Wednesday night dinners are a time of fellowship
before Bible studies and choir rehearsal. It is
totally prepared and served by volunteers. Placed
in the middle of the week this meal helps build
the relationships within Trinitys family. This
meal serves time as a to catch up, an
opportunity for accountability, and simple
relaxation. Best of all, though is its cost
2.50 and all you can eat!

History
Trinity started as an entirely homogenous
congregation. It was a break off church for
Swedes who couldnt speak English. Now Trinity is
made of a mixture Swedes, Norwegians,
African-Americans, Tai, and Hispanic to name a
few.

Trinitys Sunday School Groups meet every Sunday
before the church service from 9 to 10 AM. They
are broken up (roughly) by age but there are no
restrictions. A junior higher could go to the
Craftsman class, the eldest of the church, and
vice versa. During these Sunday School meetings
there is typically a leader who guides a topical
Bible study (i.e. Evangelism) or a scriptural
Bible study (i.e. the book of Romans) . Many
times throughout the year all the Sunday School
Groups meet in the Gymnasium for a guest speaker.
During these times all ages mingle and snacks are
always served. Sunday School without some kind of
donut or coffee is right near sacrilege. In fact,
any social gathering must have food involved (one
of the reasons why I like Trinity so much). Most
of the time the food comes out of the
congregations home pantry. There isnt a treat
committee, like theres a social committee or a
leadership committee (which is made of
volunteers), but all regular attendees are
responsible for treats and fill up a calendars
Sundays with the names of the servers. These
groups grow with the people in them. So, the
people who were in the Becomers class seventeen
years ago are roughly the same people in it now.
Because of the large space with many rooms
Trinity affords filling them with Sunday School
classes and is always looking to meet the needs
of the church. Sunday schools are an important
example of how Trinity fills those needs.
