Laboratory Curriculum
  • BTEC 3100
  • Students will gain hands on experience with gel
    electrophoresis, southern blot, DNA sequencing. A
    survey of PCR application will also be conducted
    that will include amplification of plasmid and
    genomic templates.

    biomanufacturing processes that demonstrate 1.
    Upstream processing 2.  Downstream processing
  • Students will also gain knowledge of
    manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance
