• There was far from my home.

Major problem

• Before training
• Dont know location of hotel.
• Worry about staff in each department.

• Operational issues
• Front office manager dont explain detail of work
  too much.
• Contact rate of tour agent .
• Managerial issues
• Do work over time and ask for permission to stay
  at the hotel.
• Allowed for overtime work.

• Get more skill bofore starting internship.
• Give a good attitude for student.

• 600 hours for training program.
• Get more time of training before starting
• Internship.

• Get good attitude when me work with other people.
• Be on time.
• Get more knowledge of each department.
• Make me confident

The major weakness of the training

• Staff dont understand English language
• they let me to do in another department when have
  a lot of function (meeting)

My suggest to the FHT to improve the following
area

• Practical Training Program
• - Give more time for training
• - Share some experience from other people.

• - Get more hours for internship.
