Objectives

• Goals
• Provide a common API for WSMO
• Provide a reference implementation
• Provide low level infrastructure layer that other
  WSMO applications can use (instead of developing
  it from scratch each time)
• Only most common functionality (ontologies,
  service descriptions, import/export, persistence,
  etc.) but within an architecture open for
  extensions from 3rd parties
