    issues of Triangle brand tyres quality warranty

    claims for the tyres from the OE clients.

Service-representatives
  • In order to insure you to get satisfactory
    service in time from Triangle, Triangle has set
    up several service-representatives in the
    different area of the world. Triangle authorize
    those representatives to provide service for the
    clients in the local area and its neighbor areas.
  • If you have any requirement, complaint and claim
    on the Triangle tyre, you can contact with
    Triangles International Marketing Service
    Division directly, or the concerned service
    representatives .

Claim materials and information
  • If the Triangle brand OTR tyres appear in quality
    problems due to the defects of manufacture and
    materials, the OE clients should provide the
    following materials and information for claiming.
  • 1.The clients should present the defective tyre
    and documents with sales date(if possible) to a
    dealer or a representative authorized by Triangle
    Tyre Co. Ltd.
  • 2.The clients must fill out the Triangle Tyre
    Claim Application Form fully and completely. The
    required information must be fully provided
    according to the Triangles policy.

How to apply for claims
  • 1. The OE tyre user should send the complete
    claimed materials to the concerned service
    representatives
  • 2. After receiving the above-mentioned materials,
    the authorized service representatives will
    process the claims according to the TRIANGLE
    OFF-THE-ROAD TIRES LIMITED WARRANTY FOR OVERSEA
    OE MARKET.
  • 3.The service representative must store the
    claimed tyres in separated place for three months
    at least so that the Triangles personnel can
    inspect them again if necessary.
  • Note If the OE tyre end user fail to get
    adjustment service from the service
    representatives, they can contact with Triangle
    International Marketing Service Division to apply
    for claims directly by e-mail.
