LINE INTERACTIVE V or L Series
V Series (PWM Wave Output On Battery)
L Series (True Sine Wave Output Continuous)
11
LINE INTERACTIVE V Series
PWM Sine Wave Output (when on battery)
  • The V Series line interactive technology
provides regulated, filtered AC utility to the
loads until a blackout condition occurs. At this
point the inverter converts the DC voltage to AC
power which, in turn, is supplied to the loads.

12
LINE INTERACTIVE L Series
True Sine Wave Output Continuous
  • TheL Series line interactive technology
provides regulated, filtered AC utility to the
loads until a blackout condition occurs. At this
point the inverter converts the DC voltage to AC
power which, in turn, is supplied to the loads.
The CPU synchronizes the inverter to the AC
utility so when a problematic power condition
occurs the inverter will supply power within the
same waveform as the utility instead of
    restarting at the zero crossing.

13
LINE INTERACTIVE V or L Series
Commercial Light Industrial Applications
  • Security Systems
  • Test Equipment,
  • Automated Teller Machines,
  • Telecommunications,
  • LAN File Servers,
  • Personal Computers,
  • Workstations,
  • Network Routers,
  • Hubs and Switches

Use the L Series whenever True Sine Wave
output, Extended Runtime or SNMP network
communication are required.
14
DIN RAIL MOUNTED UPS
  • Designed to provide back-up in a convenient Din
    Rail mounted container.
  • System has optional extended back-up time and DC
switcher module to allow for both 120VAC and
24VDC at various different current ratings so you
are only required to purchase one power supply
    system.

GENIE UPS Powered Smart Panel
  • Designed to identify a overload condition and
clear the SDB in less than 1 cycle preventing a
    damaging and/or dangerous short circuit.
  • GENIE SDBs are designed to clear or open
within 1 cycle eliminating the time window (18
to 22 cycles) which allows the short circuit
    evolution of problems to begin.
  • GENIE SDBs intelligent design allows for
    distinguishing the difference between normal
inrush current and a short circuit or overload
    condition.
  • GENIE SDBs are simple plug-in Breaker design,
    for easy upgrade or replacement.
  • GENIE communications available for
  • Controller monitoring and alarm.

38
Automatic/Manual Bypass
The AMB unit is designed as a wrap-around bypass
with automatic or manual transfer from UPS power
to utility to allow for maintenance or repair of
the UPS system without interruption of the load.
This bypass is designed to supply UPS power and
in the event that the UPS power is lost the AMB
will automatically switch to bypass mode and
continue to supply AMB conditioned utility AC
to the load. The communications (optional) will
notify the connected equipment that the UPS is no
longer supplying power, but the loads have not
been effected.
39
