Accident Reporting All accidents and incidents
(near misses and whether or not an injury is
sustained) to students and visitors must be
recorded on an Accident/Incident Report form and
sent to Human Resources Bathurst as soon as
possible after the accident/incident has
occurred. Accident/Incident Report forms located

First Aid Officers, Schools and Sections.
