• Cost for Greenfield RD complex, QC building, in
  Vivo facility.
• Organization of outsourced resources
• 2 meetings with 7 and 11 attendees.

Learnings and achievements

• Independent Project Analysis presented a cost
  estimating methodology and share their results on
  Laboratory cost model.
• Solvay-GSK-Janssen presented their own
  organization.
• ICARIUS system is not a solution to our
  challenges.
• A questionnaire has been prepared on outsourced
  resources but not yet debriefed.
