  • Eligibility Criteria
  • With Baccalaureate Degree of Global Equivalent
  • Over 15 Consecutive Years of Experience
  • Four Years of Project Management Experience and
  • Four Years of Program Management Experience
  • Without a College Degree or Global Equivalent
  • Over 15 Consecutive Years of Experience
  • Four Years of Project Management Experience and
  • Seven Years of Program Management Experience
  • Candidates who have obtained degrees from a
    University that has been accredited by PMI
    through the Global Accreditation Center program
    will receive a 1,500 hour reduction in the amount
    of program management experience required for
    eligibility. (8 ½ Month Credit)
  • You dont have to be a PMP or CAPM to get a PgMP

Program Management Standard
A program is a group of related projects managed
in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and
control not available from managing them
individually. Programs may include elements of
related work (e.g., ongoing operations) outside
the scope of the discrete projects in a program.

programs and other work that are grouped together
to facilitate effective management of that work

    Requirements (CCR)
  • Must Acquire and Report a minimum of 60 PDUs
  • Three-year Cycle
  • Holders of both the PMP and PgMP will work on a
    single Three-year Cycle consisting of a single 60
    PDU requirement
