The love of God is linked to the righteousness of
God via His commands which we must apply in our
lives. Rom 138-10

Love and righteousness are applied to our
spiritual growth via1) The Edification Complex
of the Soul.2) The Problem Solving Devices.

2) The Ten Problem Solving Devices (PSDs)

1 John 314-15, "abides" MENO - to stay, abide,
continue, dwell, remain (in a given place,
state, relation or expectancy).

Abiding in death, means to dwell or live in the
status of spiritual death.

The believer who is not living in the love of God
is presently living as a spiritually dead person
lives, under the control of the Sin Nature.

This reference to the unbeliever is used to warn
the believer about how they are living their
life, are they living in sin or living in the
Love of God.

The Child of God should be living in
righteousness and love, abiding in eternal
life, not under the control of their Sin Nature
as the unbeliever always lives.

Unfortunately strong, spiritually mature
believers can abide in death, as David did, if
they dont apply Gods grace provisions in their
life.

David got lazy with his application of the Word
of God and let his lusts, desires, and emotion
take over.

Did David lose his salvation? He did not! But he
did receive discipline from the Father because he
was abiding in death. 2 Sam 121-14

He failed in two areas.1) He let the lust of his
Sin Nature take control of his soul.2) He did
not express love in all three categories.Ex

He became an adulterer and murderer because he
did not rely upon the Lord's power in time of
temptation.

David woke up under the grace plan of God by
using PSD 1 and confessed his sins and repented.

2 Cor 105, We are destroying speculations and
every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge
of God, and we are taking every thought captive
to the obedience of Christ.
