What is a Logic Model?
  • A logic model provides a picture of your program.
What your trying to achieve, how your going about
it, what resources your putting into it.
  • It connects program resources to programme
    activities, to programme outcomes.
  • Logic Models help build common understanding
    about how your programme works.
  • Logic models form the basis for subsequesnt
    evaluation.
  • Its not reality but your best prediction of what
needs to happen to get to your outcomes.
