Town Meeting Concept
  • Moderators present discussion questions
  • Each table has 10-15 minute discussion of the
    question
  • Input from each tables discussion is collected
    via laptop at each table and fed to central
    servers
  • A Theme Team monitors each tables input
    simultaneously and constructs a list of
    priorities based original question

  • Audience votes on priorities via key pads
  • Results immediately projected on a jumbotron
  • Proceed through script of questions on issue
  • Preliminary Report of priorities generated issued
    at end of the session
