  with intent to commit theft, he takes property of
  another from the person or the immediate presence
  of another
• 1) by force, 2) by intimidation, 3) by snatching

• A person commits the offense of hijacking a motor
  vehicle when such person while in possession of a
  firearm or weapon obtains a motor vehicle from

  to do so.

Armed Robbery 16-8-41

• A person commits the offense of armed robbery
  when, with intent to commit theft, he or she
  takes property of another from the person or the
  immediate presence of another by use of an
  offensive weapon, or any replica, article, or
  device having the appearance of such weapon.

• A person commits the offense of stalking when he

  places without the consent of the other person
  for the purpose of harassing and intimidating the
  other person.

Aggravated Stalking 16-5-91

• A person commits the offense of aggravated
  stalking when such person, in violation of a bond
  to keep the peace, temporary restraining order,
  etc, follows, places under surveillance, or
  contacts another person at or about a place or
  places without the consent of the other person
  for the purpose of harassing and intimidating the
  other person.
