• 17 BIA owned projects
• 28 Non-BIA owned projects
• 22.8 million used
• 19 million TEA-21 bridge funds
• 3.8 million of FY 05 STEA funds
• 9.2 million rolled back to the IRR Program

• 14,000,000/yr per SAFETEA-LU
• Net 11,970,000
• (lost 2,030,000 due to 14.5 ob limit)
• carried over into FY 06

Changes to IRRBP

• Result from SAFETEA-LU
• 14,000,000 for FY05 through FY09
• Use to carry out planning, design, engineering,
  preconstruction, construction, and inspection of
  projects
• Bridges must be structurally deficient or
  functionally obsolete
• Funds for design based on availability
• Funds for construction and inspection after PSE
  approval.
