1. Agreed/shared Strategic Vision

• Overarching strategy still in draft still
  developing (includes consultation). Principles of
  AHDC applied more broadly. Accountability
  framework and buy-in at all levels. Sign up.

6. Adequate Management Capacity

7. Capital Projects

• EVIDENCE NEEDED
• Calderdale - Officer identified to support, asset
  management group to oversee and agree plans, plan
  for the funding including detailed costings,
  Joint Unit with adult service 16-25 in progress
• N Lincs identification of capital requirements.
  Developing overnight stays re complex health
  needs. Plan to have health staff involved
• Plans to spend money in ways which support
  delivery plan and supports families so they have
  ordinary life

• Sheffield Underway. Use existing property
  management support. Briefing report to asset
  management. Plans in progress. Commissioned
  consultation underway.
• Calderdale continued review of out of area
  placements and changing needs which influence
  planning
• York NY trying to gain full PCT matched
  funding
• Rotherham Experiencing delays
• Wakefield Changing Places project
• Kirklees under pressure to do this in a robust
  manner to truly reflect needs. Needs analysis not
  due to be completed until March. Good ideas of
  what capital could be used for but hesitant to
  put into firm plan. Limited capital funding.
  Awaiting news of PCT allocation to look at joint
  financing

8. Commissioning Arrangements

  disabled children. Developed to indicate and
  inform commissioning, team with time lines to
  look at contracting process

  stakeholder consultation and needs analysis
