- Subcontracts, bid packages, and purchase
requisitions are reviewed to verify items are
being procured from approved suppliers and that
necessary QA requirements are included - Supplier surveys and source inspections are
performed, as necessary - Receiving inspection is performed at receipt to
verify conformance to drawings and specifications - Fabrication and Test Control

documentation
Our qualified supplier system ensures parts are
procured only from qualified vendors

- Control of nonconforming product
- Ensure all such material is identified,
documented, and controlled - Discrepancies are documented on action item lists
(AILs), material discrepancy reports (MDRs) and
software discrepancy reports (SDRs) - The Material Review Board is responsible for
material dispositions and formulates and defines
recommended actions for failure analysis and
corrective action activities. Membership
includes - Hardware quality assurance engineer (Chairman)
- At least one engineering representative
- Validate measuring and test equipment calibration
- Certify that cleanroom environmental control data
are recorded and meet requirements - Prepare end-item data package
- Participate in pack and ship operations
