Explanation

• Combination of soccer, football and basketball
• Two teams or four (we will start with two)
• Game starts like soccer, ball on the ground
• You can foot dribble, foot pass, and regular pass
  (after converting)

Converting and Moving the Ball

• You can convert the ball into your hands by
  flicking it up into your hands
• You can also convert by kicking it into a
  partners hands
• You have to air dribble or regular dribble if you
  are moving with the ball
• You can only air dribble twice and regular
  dribble twice before scoring or passing

Scoring

• Punting into the goal (drop kick) is two points
• Kicking a ground ball into the goal is one point
  
• Passing the ball past the cone line to a teammate
  is one point

Strategies

• GET YOUR STEPS UP- Remember 10,000 steps per day
  to fight heart disease
• Move to get open
• Spread out
• Pass to teammates and move the ball
• Take only high percentage shots
• Use teammates to help you convert the ball

Scoring Refined (these are the changes students
made)

• Scores are made by throwing the ball into the
  basketball hoop
• Passing the ball past the cone line can also
  score a point
• Players can only stand in the End Zone for three
  seconds before moving out otherwise their team
  forfeits the ball
