Aim of the Aged Care Program

• To support newly registered nurses aiming to
  pursue a career in the specialised field of
  Gerontics
• Low Care To develop an appreciation of well,
  aged people in a supported setting
• High Care This placement offers the experience
  of caring for people who are debilitated by
  advanced age (with or without a disease process)

  Preference Closing Date
• 19th October 2009 - Hospitals notified of
  successful candidates by computer match and
  results released to candidates
