• Assist with definition of a governance structure
  for the UIHC
• Participate in the final development of a
  comprehensive strategic plan for UIHC, UIP, and
  COM

• Develop a process for discharge management
• Develop a plan for increasing bed availability,
  with Ken Fisher
• Develop a process for OR throughput

• Support recruitment for permanent CEO
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement, as
  appropriate, a UIHC organizational structure that
  facilitates transition to a new CEO
• Help in the planning of an institutional
  compliance program, that includes an
  institutional risk assessment
