    staff not yet reached the top point of the salary
    scale- half (Good) or one salary (Outstanding)
    increment
  • Performance Appraisal Scheme- to encourage staff
    to make continuous improvements in performance
    and contributions to the University- to
    submit an Annual Activity Report (AAR)
