Aim and objectives
  • Aim of the project is to contribute to
    sustainable development of the Nordic region and
    the adjacent countries through improvement of
    education programmes in business ethics and human
    resource management and promotion of corporate
    social responsibility in organizations practice.
  • Objectives
  • to enhance the quality of business ethics and HRM
    teaching in higher education institutions and
    colleges,
  • to construct and introduce a teaching programme
    for preparation of HR managers with professional
    competence in applied ethics
  • to develop moral competence and improve
    decision-making skills of prospective and present
    business persons, preparing them to implement
    value-based management in their organizations
  • to start a comparative research on social
    cultural obstacles to sustainable economic and
    social growth in the networking countries.

Administrative issues

    interraltions at the coordinating institution,
    lack of flexibility in central administration,
    poor communication, personal responsibility for
    the networking and carrying out commitments.
