What the club offers

• 4 squash courts, steam room, weight room, members
  lounge, dining room and banquet room (that can
  break down into 3 smaller rooms)
• This building may house weddings and
  anniversaries, wakes, business meetings, and
  other special functions

My Responsibilities

• Prep and set up the line for service
• Prep for upcoming functions for the week
• General cleaning and dish washing duties
• Responsible for daily lunch and evening specials
  and soup special for the day

Highlights

• Assisted Chef at an out of house function for 9
  people
• Meat carvery for the members in the lounge
• One really busy lunch shift

• Learned to trim Sterling striploin
• Learned to create a daily prep list
• Learned to utilize all old product
