- Nevada Allows Systems up to 150 kW
- Nevada law clarifies charges for customers with
installations greater than 30 kW - Customers pay for metering costs
- Customers pay for non energy related charges
such as demand and facility charges - Charges are the same as other customers in the
same rate class - These charges are consistent with treatment of
similar charges by utilities in surrounding
western states
