- Main outcomes
- Created by the end of 1999, the Innovation
Circles have provided technology watch services
to 200 companies, elaborating more than 300
technology watch reports helping SMEs and
research groups to find relevant partners. - Presence in other regions
- Technology watch programmes are being developed
in collaboration with Aragón, Navarra and
Cantabria. Other regions as Galicia and Pais
Vasco have established technology watch
