    Infrastructure, content and development.
  • Cooperate and coordinate among regional and
    sub-regional organizations for the implementation
    and follow-ups at national and regional levels.
  • Celebrate 17 May as World Information Society
    Day extended from World Telecom Day.

    practices at the regional level, as well as
    facilitating policy debate on the use of ICT for
    development

    the participation in regional WSIS implementation
    activities by the private sector, civil society,
    and the UN and other international organizations
    to be essential.
