IMPORTANCE OF VOLLEYBALL TRAINING
  • Make children familiar with volleyball
  • Increase number of active players
  • Form basic skills
  • Introduce volleyball earlier
  • Overcome the rivalry of other sports
  • This can be done at school and club levels

TEAM COMPOSITION
  • How does one locate the players in position?
  • The half zone court comprises front and rear
    zones.
  • Numbers are always anti-clockwise.
  • Each successful rotational rally is clockwise.
  • Each rotational team should be balanced in all
    positions.
