Title: SURVEY ON THE QUALITY OF THE STEM CELLS DELIVERED FOR A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION
1SURVEY ON THE QUALITY OF THE STEM CELLS
DELIVEREDFOR A BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION
- M-L.APPERT(1) , D.REA(2), C.RAFFOUX (1)
- (1) France Greffe de Moelle, Paris, France
- (2) Saint Louis Hospital, Paris, France
- With the participation of Pat Coppo, Sally
Gordon, Susanne Morsch, Anna Chiu, Simona
Pollichieni, Sinead Horgan.
2Goals of this Study
- Comparison of TNC (and if enough data CD34)
quantities - - requested by the grafted physician,
- - harvested at the collection center.
- - received at the transplant center.
3What do we mean by requested, harvested and
received quantity of NC ?
TRANSPLANT CENTER At the recruitment stage, the
transplant center indicates the requested
quantity of NC
COLLECTION CENTER At the harvest stage, the
harvest physician indicates the quantity of
harvested NC
CELL THERAPY LAB of the TRANSPLANT CENTER At
reception of the HSC product, a quality control
form is completed, with the quantity of NC
finally received
