What is KPC?

• KPC is a collaborative effort currently involving
  four of the eight educational cooperatives in
  Kentucky
• KEDC serves as fiscal agent and provides the
  bidding staff and services
• Membership is open to any non-profit organization
• KPC is funded thru administrative fees that are
  assessed from the participating vendors
• KPC fees are shared with participating
  cooperatives
