- We each meet our obligations by performing our
job - Exactly in accordance with our procedures and
instructions, each and every time - If there is an error in a procedure or work
instruction, we stop, and get it fixed - If our work doesnt conform or comply with
requirements, we stop and get it fixed (in
accordance with the procedure) - We stop and ask for help, if were unable to
fully understand a requirement, or how to do a
job - When we sign-off on a task, we know we did it in
accordance with our procedures and instructions - Thats our Personal Warranty!

- What is a Warranty issue?
- A warranty issue is when someone signs his/her
name, indicating obligations were met and
indicating conformance with a governing
requirement - Knowing that there is a problem
- Or covering-up a problem
- Or without having followed the required procedure
or instructions

- People do make mistakes - some may be referred to
as human error or workmanship error - Mistakes can occur, some due to inattention to
detail, or a lack of skill or knowledge - Such errors, while not considered warranty
issues, still may have significant consequences
