    desert.After many years Abraham visited Ishmael.

  • Muhammad an Arabian merchant received from the
    archangel Gabriel gods messenger.
  • He predicated against the pagan Arabians of the
    time who banished him to the nearby city of
    Medina
  • In Medina Muhammad found scores of followers and
    with them he returned triumphant to Mecca where
    he founded the Islamic religion.
  • Muhammad supposedly ascended to heaven instead of
    dying in Jerusalem. The Dome of the Rock marks
    the point were he accended towards heaven.

    recited and a small party takes place.
  • In Muslim marriages the union occurs between the
    two families more than of the two individuals.
  • Muslim funerals are austere in comparison with
    Christian one. There are almost no public and
    there are no coffins.
