Material and Methods

• 38 patients from our previous databases.
• Paraffin embedded tissue stained for p21 and
  haematoxylin
• HLA typing was performed on peripheral blood
  monocytes or paraffin imbedded tissue with a
  PCR/sequence-specific oligonucleotide
  hybridization procedure

• 200 patients
• IHC for different parts of the MCH mechanism in
  tumour cells vers. normal cells.
• Correlation to survival.
