How Can Be Improved the Conditions
  • Controller shortage should be corrected with
    adequate (quantity and qualificated) people,
  • Effective selection and training,
  • Traffic capacity and human resources should be
    balanced,
  • Working environment should be improved (working
    and resting),
  • New regulations for the family and social life,
  • During pregnancy and after birth they should be
    supported,
  • Cure in 3-4 years can be implemented,
  • Income should be raised,
  • Their job satisfaction should be evaluated
    periodically.
