HOW THE SCHEME WORKS
  • Online application between 19 September and 30
    November 2005
  • includes online verbal, numeric and job preview
    self-assessment with feedback provided
  • Online cognitive and non-cognitive tests
  • Invigilated e-tray exercise
  • One-day Assessment Centre

ASSESSMENT CENTRE
  • If you are successful in the on-line tests and
    the e-tray exercise, youll be invited to our
    assessment centre in London for a day
  • Group exercise
