address, there are several web based email
services which are free, e.g. yahoo

The email address you give will be used to send
you a password for the HOY Message Forum. This is
an automatic process and usually takes only a few
seconds. (for the next screen, tap your
spacebar)
4Once you have received your password by email,
you can log in.(tap spacebar for next screen)

Login
6Then double click on the message board you want
to view.(spacebar!)

7Looking at messages. It may be that there has
been no message posted for some time. The default
show topics is 30 days. To look at older
messages, change the setting here - in this
example all messages for the last 90 days

11Changing your password and other member
options.The password you were sent was randomly
generated. You can change it to something easier
to remember by going to Edit Profile. You can
