  • Key to Learn is an on-line web site designed for
    Teachers to access a wide range of courses in
    Leadership, Curricular, Personal and Skill
    Development. There is also the benefit of
    registering for on-line instructor-led or blended
    courses.
  • The Connected Teacher is an on-line web site that
    allows teachers to create a personalized profile
    page that can be used each time they log on to
    access preferred resources for their grade and
    instructional area.
  • TEL is a board-wide electronic messaging and
    conferencing system. One conference is designed
    specifically for new teachers to request support
    from a variety of resource staff and colleagues.

1. What happens after you have submitted your
teacher application?
  • Application packages will be reviewed
  • If you are selected for an interview, you will be
    contacted by telephone
  • Interview process will commence mid-February

You will receive a letter approximately 2 3
weeks after your interview. Recommendations for
the Eligible to Hire list are based on the
results of your interview, reference checks and
teacher evaluation reports.

  • Candidates selected for the Eligible to Hire
    process will be placed on a list and will be
    contacted by administrators to discuss school
    vacancies.
