What Is Internet Connection Sharing ?

• Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) provides the
  ability to share a single Internet connection
  with up to five other computers.

Requirements for ICS

• Windows 98 Second Edition on the host.
• One network card and one other Internet
  connection on the host.
• One or more client computers with a network card
  connected to the host.
• TCP/IP protocol installed on all computers.
