Background

• Ludlow Marches Partnership formed in 2003 from a
  broad cross section of organisations to oversee
  the MTI Programme
• The Ludlow Marches area awarded MTI status in
  June 2004 following 18 months development work on
  the Strategic Action Plan (SAP)
• SAP identified key theme areas and projects which
  have since been developed by the Partnerships
  Theme Groups
• Programme commenced in April 2005 following
  approval of Year 1 Implementation Plan
• MTI funding will end in March 2008
