Interim Report (August, 1999)
  • The interim report is the ideal tool for
    evaluating
  • the results achieved in relation to the
    objectives
  • the means utilised for obtaining such results
    (with regard to the financial aspect).

Aim of Interim Report
  • To assess the progress of the project at the
    half-way stage
  • Identify any specific problems
  • It includes the following
  • Report on Activities/Results (1)
  • Financial Report (2)

Submission of Reports
  • General Conditions
  • To be submitted in August 1999 by the Contractor
  • (for 36 months Contracts)
  • Obligations of Contractor
  • To complete and submit the Interim Report
  • To organise a reporting procedure (every 3
    months)
  • Obligations of Partners
  • To complete and sumbit Reports on a 3-monthly
    basis

  • Report on the implementation/development of the
    project
  • Description of progress on the training products
    compared with the products initial objectives
  • Summary description of products/results at this
    stage
  • Information on any interaction with other projects

  • Internal evaluation procedure
  • Measures for disseminating / transferring project
    results
  • Description of problems encountered
  • Submission of the work programme for the second
    period
  • Timetable of completed activities

  • Table I
  • Summary, by source of financing
  • Breakdown of expenditure by Partnership members
    for the 1st period (supported by appropriate bank
    or accounting documents)
  • Expenditure anticipated for the 2nd period

  • Breakdown of expenditure for the 1st period, for
    all sources of financing
  • Expenditure anticipated for the 2nd period
