• Chimney Brush
• Tarps
• Metal trash can
• Heavy Chain with metal cable
• D/C Extinguisher
• Baggies with D/C
• Small stove shovel
• Booster line with chimney nozzle
• TI Camera
• Mirror

• Stove Crew
• Roof/Chimney Crew
• Ventilation Crew
• Support crew
• Accountability Officer
• Safety Officer

Job Duties

• Stove Crew
• Put F/R tarps down
• Open damper
• Use DC to subdue fire
• Remove combustibles in metal can
• Remove Vent pipe if needed
• Use D/C Extinguisher up chimney

Job Duties - Continued

• Chimney/Roof Crew
• Use Plastic bags with DC to put out fire
• Use Booster line to extinguish fire with chimney
  nozzle

Job Duties

• SUPPORT CREW
• Remove debris from clean out
• Check for extension along chimney area
• Pull handline
• Support ladders
• Help with ventilation
• Vacuum around stove area when done.

Safety

• Full Protective Equipment for everyone
• SCBA personnel working roof/chimney
• Use TI camera and look for hot spots
• Accountability
• Use Radios for communications
• Before use DC up stack communicate with personnel
  on roof/chimney

Termination

• Check for hot spots
• Fill out forms for Chimney fire for Inspector
• Account for personnel
• Tell home occupant not to use fireplace until
  inspection.
