• We have a long road ahead

• Traveling this road to prepare schools for all
  stakeholders students, parents, employees and
  the community at large

  Grant Recipient
• Approximately 950,000
• 18 month grant performance period
• Three Performance Measures and Six Objectives

• Increase the number of hazards addressed by
  improved school emergency response plans
• Performance Measure 2
• Improved response timeline and quality of
  response to drills / exercises / incidents
• Performance Measure 3
• Establish plan for sustainability and to
  continuously improve / exercise school emergency
  response plans beyond period funded by the grant
